Here's Who Bridgerton Star Simone Ashley Is Dating In Real Life
Simone Ashley brought all the heat in "Bridgerton" Season 2 with her co-star Jonathan Bailey, which led to the question of whether or not the two were dating outside of the show.
In "Bridgerton," Ashley and Bailey won the hearts of fans with their characters Kate Sharma and Anthony Bridgerton — who spent most of the season despising yet pining after each other at the same time. Their on-screen chemistry was undoubtedly sizzling, which even Ashley herself had to admit. "Johnny and I have incredible working chemistry together. It was explosive on set," Ashley told Net-A-Porter about working with Bailey. "We've always had each other's backs from the start; it's a partnership." Ashley also revealed to Glamour UK that during her first moments on set, Bailey left her flowers in her trailer and added, "I would always leave him his favorite snacks in his trailer. We had a very unspoken rhythm going on in that sense, leaving gifts in each other's trailers."
Despite their mutual affection for each other, however, Ashley and Bailey's relationship is purely platonic. Bailey is out and proud and keeps his romantic life private. However, Ashley has made mentions of her boyfriend in past interviews and she recently revealed who her current beau is.

Simone Ashley lowkey announced on Instagram that she is in a committed relationship. In March 2023, she shared a black and white photo of her and a mystery man touching noses and laughing. "@gregwilliamsphotography thank you for taking one of my [favorite] photos," she captioned, without sharing who her current beau was. Naturally, fans were curious to know who had stolen her heart. The Daily Mail revealed that Ashley's boyfriend was Constantin "Tino" Klein, the CEO of the GP Ice Race. According to the publication, the two met at a Formula 1 race in Monaco.
Klein is based in the United Kingdom and went to King's College London from 2007 to 2010. He then got his master's degree at Queen Mary University of London and attended BPP Law School for one year. He worked as a lawyer for an impressive six years before he pivoted his career to leading the winter ice racing sport in Austria. Although Klein is dating a worldwide actor, he is pretty private about his personal life, which may be the reason it took Ashley time before she went public about her latest relationship.
Simone Ashley shared glimpses into her relationship
While Simone Ashley's relationship reveal had fans abuzz, it seems as if she and Tino Klein were together for some time. In November 2022, she mentioned in an interview with British Vogue that she had a boyfriend, whom she met at the Monaco Grand Prix. Back then, she was tight-lipped about who he was but shared, "I'm very happy. We haven't gone public yet and we're having those conversations about how we can get there before anyone else does." As for whether they are living together, she stated, "No, not yet. I'd like to, but, you know, one day..."
The following December, Ashley left more clues that she was happily in a relationship with Klein. The "Bridgerton" star shared some snaps of the two celebrating Klein's birthday and wrote, "The best birthday surprise for the best person." On December 29, Ashley posted a carousel of pictures on Instagram of her and her dog on a snowy mountain. One of the shots shows a man who looks to be Klein walking in the distance. It looks like Ashley and Klein have been together since 2022 and hopefully like her "Bridgerton" character, Kate Sharma, Ashley has found her Anthony.
