Delaware County historian Keith Lockhart is working his way through postcards from about a century ago that are confounding him in one way or another regarding the exact locations and directions. Keith could use your help.

Keith believes this week’s picture postcard is of Burmont Avenue in Drexel Hill about 1925, even though the roads are still dirt.

Keith is looking for a cross street and block. Want to help? Keith’s email is keith106@rcn.com.

There were several sleuths in the Daily Times, Town Talk and News Press of Delaware County audiences last week who correctly figured out that the drawing postcard was of Fifth and Welsh streets in Chester.

Dennis and Jack McKnight were on the money again, as were Adriene Irving with the Delaware County Intermediate Unit, Bruce Montag of Glen Mills and Tina M. Little of Aqua Pennsylvania.
