Initial reaction:
Undone yet luxe dandies, looking like they'd barely emerged from the haze of a good night – with smoking hot girl groupies, like Saskia de Brauw and Liya Kebede, in tow.
How they wore it:
A mix of wares from their band touring travels: lived in slim patent leather trousers, patterned gillets with buttons askew, crumpled shirts untucked and silk kimono jackets slipping from the shoulders. Bomber jackets and tassell-ended gold and yellow scarves in opulent silks and velvet emerged against a mish-mash of gypsy print, wild grass and floral embroidery and checks. Dusky pink, silk suits were missing jackets – lost in the antics of the last town's gig.
Dandy wanderer:
“I've been travelling a lot with my mind, I had these old pictures of all these decedent old dandies, Keith Richard from the Rolling Stones, Iggy Pop and Nick Cave – all those kinds of men who were just down to take risks, going somewhere without even thinking, and I kind of admire that. I thought it was quite beautiful,” explained Ackermann.
