Cave Tubing in Belize

The jungles and rainforests of Central America, including in Belize, offer visitors a chance to explore some of the most pristine landscapes in the world. In Belize, visitors can experience the unique adventure of floating through vast subterranean labyrinths using only an inflatable inner tube and headlamp to guide their way.

One of the most popular cave tubing adventure in Belize is called The River of Caves Seven-Mile Cave Tubing Tour which allows visitors to float down more than seven miles of underground caves, marveling at the amazing geological structures as well as catching a glimpse of ancient and enigmatic Maya artifacts. The tour is offered by Caves Branch Jungle Lodge.

Why You Have To Do This Tour

Caves Branch Adventure Company was founded more than 20 years ago by an adventurer who helped pioneer the field of cave tubing. The Seven-Mile Cave Tubing Tour is how Caves Branch Adventure Company first got its start, and this adventure remains one of the most popular activities in Belize.

The Best Time To Do This Adventure

The River of Caves Seven-Mile Cave Tubing Tour is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with an advanced booking of four or more participants. During dry months (usually February to June), this tour is not offered and Caves Branch River Cave Expedition (combination of cave tubing and hiking inside a cave) will be offered in place of the 7 Mile Float.
