The Palestinian child death toll in Gaza has reached 2,055—an unthinkable number indicating Israeli forces have killed about a thousand children a week since October 7, said Defensee for Children International (DCI).

Nearly 5,000 Palestinian children are injured and 830 are reported missing under the rubble.

Doctors in Gaza are warning of catastrophic consequences if hospitals fully deplete their fuel reserves. Around 130 premature babies in incubators and 1,100 kidney failure patients, including 38 children, who rely on dialysis machines, are in grave danger of dying unless hospitals receive more fuel.

In the occupied West Bank, Israeli forces and settlers have killed 29 Palestinian children since October 7, including 15-year-old Mohammad Qasem Mohammad Abu Zer, who was shot in the chest by an Israeli sniper last night. The same sniper shot Mohammad's older brother when he ran to help him.

Nearly 5,100 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip since Israel launched a relentless bombing campaign against the besieged enclave after an attack by Hamas inside Israel more than two weeks ago.
