"Happiness is with you" is the title of this beautiful original acrylic painting of love bird Chickadees. The tree has lots of knots in the wood and is painted in complementary shades of browns to show off the texture of the tree wood. The flower blossoms are also highly textured and beautiful shades of reds. The background is palette knife painted in pure red with texture. This work of art is created in a new technique developed by artist Nathalie Van. The tree and the birds are sculpted and painted in a 3D detailed method which is super unique and non-repeatable. This is a one of a kind painting.

This painting measures 17" wide and 21" tall and is painted on a stretched canvas about 2" depth with very thick impasto texture. The painting comes framed in a beautiful wooden shadow box type frame (black). I developed the medium for the tree trunk and birds texture myself and it’s not something anyone has done as far as I know. I tried to achieve a realistic tree texture in the painting including all the knots and holes in the wood that you would find in nature. You will really want to run your fingers along the branches and flowers to feel the amazing detail! 🙂 This is oneofakind wall art, maybe a great gift?
