We had a great week with a beautiful view. Condo was nice and clean. Rental process was very easy and Karen was easy to work with and very prompt in answering messages.

My family and I had an awesome stay at Ocean Villa. The condo was very nice, sufficient stock with needed items, and great view from a large balcony. The Ocean Villa is very well placed along the Gulf Coast of Panama City Beach. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful stay along the white sandy beaches a turquoise blue water.

The place made my mini vacation just exactly what I needed. A nice, clean and very spacious home away from home. Everything you would need for a short term stay or long term was available. The view was amazing, the pool area was very nice and access to the beach was very easy. I was impressed with the family atmosphere as well. Karen, the owner, was super helpful, friendly and so easy to work with. I look forward to staying again and again!!!!

Perfect condo for our girls' trip! Karen was extremely pleasant to work with and gave us many suggestions for the area! The condo was so roomy and the view was amazing. Loved to watch the stingrays and dolphins from the spacious balcony. We were able to park under the building due to not many crowds and the elevators were fast! Very short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed for a great time. Pools were great as well. You can't go wrong renting from Karen! Thanks again. We hope to return!

Absolutely beautiful condo. Very nicely decorated. Kitchen was stocked better than anywhere I have ever stayed. Above all, it was CLEAN! Amazing views and overall just a great vacation. Karen was so easy to work with. Very stress free vacation with a beautiful place to stay. Will be returning for sure!

My husband and I stayed at this condo during the 2019 Thunder River Bike Rally and had a wonderful time. The condo itself is high end and equipped with anything you may need. Karen is exceptional in her customer service and provided us with added details regarding places to visit, eat, and shop. The location is ideal, at the quiet end of PCB, making it easy to navigate wherever you want to go. Our view - WOW! Couldn't have asked for anything better.

My wife, her mother, and myself spent a few days at this condo and had a great time. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Everything we experienced at the condo exceeded our expectations. Karen, the owner, was very helpful and provided a lot of information regarding Panama City Beach. The view from the balcony provided beautiful sunsets every night. If we visit PCB again, we will certainly stay at this condo.

We recently stayed at Ocean Villa 1602. This was one of the best trips we have had in the fall. The condo was clean and easily accessible; the pool area, hot tub, and steam room were all clean and working as needed for the fall temperatures. Ample parking, even for a boat, if that had been our choice. Karen was super nice when I called about an issue of concern and I appreciate her willingness to not intrude on our time. Hope to stay again soon....

This was our 4th time to PCB and we never had such a great experience with renting a condo than we did with Karen! She was extremely friendly, responded in a timely manner to emails and provided a TON of information of additional things to do and see in PCB. We stayed in 1602 & the condo itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated. It was warm and inviting and very clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and all of it was clean and of good quality. The beds were super comfy!! The building itself is not nearly as crowded as some of the other places we've stayed and so parking and using the elevators was a breeze! We will most definitely stay again!

WOW!! We weren't expecting to be wowed like this! From the first step into the door until the day we left, there was nothing that, even slightly, disappointed us! What a bargain!! Super, super nice! The best view ever! Clean and comfy! Well stocked! Tastefully furnished! Just, WOW!!
 

We stayed in this condo for two weeks and were very pleased with everything!! The condo was very clean and everything worked well. We are defenitly going here again in the future!!

I planned a trip for my birthday and stayed in Ocean Villa 1602. This condo was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and equipped with everything I needed for my enjoyable stay. I must say that the owners have done an awesome job with the beautiful decorations. The view from the large balcony was amazing! I definitely plan to stay in this condo again!

We were in PCB for the Jazz Festival and stayed at Ocean Villa 1602 from April 20th through the 24th. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and had an amazing view from the huge balcony. This condo is in a great location and has stress free parking. The owner, Karen was awesome, very accommodating, and always responded promptly to my emails. The condo was absolutely perfect! Will definitely book this unit again! Thanks Karen.....

Ocean Villa condo a wonderful vacation home away from home. We stayed in 1602 and we could not ask for a nicer place, every thing we needed was furnished and we could not have ask for a nicer place. Loved ever day we were there. Ever one very friendly and everything very clean . This was our 3rd vacation at Ocean Villa and will stay again . Loved it
