Sawhorse CNC Router Files

This set of the Dryforge CNC Router files are a great way to create a mobile worksurface with these knockdown sawhorses! This sawhorse design is a great way to create a worksurface for doing renovation work or painting work in your driveway, garage or back yard...really anyplace you'd need an extra work surface.

The design features a set of sawhorses that are intended to flat pack and assemble with only the use of a few screws (for holding one part in place). There are also (2) slots on each sawhorse for holding 2x4 runners between two sawhorses for creating a more stable worksurface. This design will yield (2) sawhorses per 4'x8' sheet of plywood and can be cut on a CNC router machine as small as a 4'x4'.

These CNC Router files are a great way to get your CNC up and running quickly with a project that will be functional for working on house renovation and construction projects. Included are Vectric Vcarve Pro CRV files, DXF files SVG files and 3D files for using the models or drawings to generate your own set of CNC cut sawhorses!

The largest part to be CNC Routered on this project is 46" (1169mm) in size.

Equipment Needed:
• Software to Generate Toolpaths
• CNC Router
• Endmill (1/4" or a 1/8" would also work)

Modification:
Keep in mind that you may encounter situations where you need to modify the files or something based on your CNC, Endmills, Software available, etc
