Had the best co-workers.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Wasn't very stressful. Just the rare times when rounds were interrupted when something was found that wasn't normal What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It was like a family atmosphere. Not only did we get along with each other as co-workers, but got to know really nice employees of the company. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Receiving deliveries, signing in outside companies who did work there, keeping track of the monitors, doing rounds, checking readings on gouges

good job. easy sites to work, the only issue is the management can be unprofessional and schedule you at sites that you're not trained at, but nonetheless it's a decent entry level job for security

What is the best part of working at the company?They are a good company. My only issue was that I had some health problems and missed to much work. They were not sympathetic about that. They said it was unacceptable.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?If you get sick and have to miss work.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?For the most part it is good. I really enjoyed working there. They just were not sympathetic with my health issues.What is a typical day like for you at the company?I worked nights at a very good post. Monitored gates and cameras and visitors

Average place to work. Area and district managers suck and don't communicate with employees or clients unless its unavoidable.

Pay is slightly above average, managment at area and district levels needs retraining. They are not "people persons". I have seen sites lost because of area/district managers argueing with client contacts.

Good pay, poor co workers

Pay is great for the job, but your co workers will be unreliable and you’ll most likely be stuck an extra hour or two waiting for relief. Overall not a bad place to work, money is great if you don’t mind putting in the hours.

The hardest part of my job is getting the hours I need to support my family, a regular day at the job is nothing special at all, I'm over qualified doing under qualified work, ive only learned that this company cares about themselves and no one working under them. My management is absolutely terrible.. they compared there life to mine even though they never lived the life I lived, just completely unprofessional and rude, tells me to figure out the problems that they should be figuring out.... I could keep going but I'd rather not.

Horrible Staffing

Absolutely no assistance when it comes to HR help, and 0 help with staffing. Constant 7 day work weeks with 12-16 hour shifts. They work you until you quit.

Just alright

It was an alright place to work, pay was pretty good to start and you could make real good money if you were willing to work overtime. If you do start to accept overtime though you can expect your phone to be ringing all the time on your off days as they will get you to try and cover shifts constantly.

Poor Management, Poor Benefits

Management is terrible. Communication is poor. Benefits are poor. Have to work so many hours per year to qualify for PTO. Poor pay. They don’t care about their employees. The pay does not match the level of work that is expected. Protecting clients and their property is a serious job, but they can’t pay employees a decent wage.

Pay pay pay

Been here a little over a month and I've only got paid once. And that was a one day training check that was minimum wage. It's been a good place to work but, not getting paid is a BIG problem.

Decent clients

The company has decent clients that are pretty easy to deal with. Upon receiving assignment, the company does not really provide you with orientation/ contract expectations.

Worked with the company for almost 2 year. Not a bad place to start as a security officer but your pay does depend on location. Overall I would recommend the company.

Decent job little pay. In order to make overtime you have to also get a guard card in Oregon and the supervisors are really nice and good to work with

You get to see the games and sometimes see a lot of celebrities and the energy is good when the games are close, besides that the company does not care about you.

Short breaks, no free lunch, standing the whole shift, if offered food could be fired, very strict dress code, alot of management and higher ups like to disrespect and talk down on guards for little to reason.
